By accessing and using thesouthpawshop.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service. The Southpaw Shop reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the Site
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The materials on the Site are provided on an "as is" basis. The Southpaw Shop makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall The Southpaw Shop or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

Materials on the Site may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Southpaw Shop does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current, and may make changes at any time without notice.

The Southpaw Shop has not reviewed all sites linked to its Site and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

The Southpaw Shop may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by the then-current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and Newfoundland and Labrador, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

All clubs are graded according to the following standards:

Condition is verified by a human inspector and documented with photographs. Grading is subjective and minor variations may occur. See Section 13 (Returns) for remedy if a club arrives materially different from its listing.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted, subject to applicable sales taxes and duties at checkout. Stock is limited and conditions are one-of-a-kind; we reserve the right to cancel or delay orders if items become unavailable, and will process a full refund. Pricing may change without notice; the price you pay is the price at checkout.

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment must be received before shipment. Transactions are processed by Shopify under their terms and fraud policies. By providing payment information, you warrant that you are the authorized user. Failed payments may result in order cancellation.

All orders ship from Prince Edward Island, Canada. Full rates, timelines, duties, and damage/loss procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments are insured for full purchase value; damage claims must be filed within 14 days.

Submit your clubs with photos and condition notes; we provide a projected value. On arrival and inspection, we confirm final trade-in value and issue payout.

Payout methods:

• Store credit (+20% bonus): $100 received = $120 credit.
• Cheque: issued within 10 business days of final inspection.
• Electronic transfer: Canada only, within 5 business days.

We accept clubs, loose shafts, bags, and premium grips in resellable condition. We do not accept balls, tees, or heavily damaged accessories. You cover shipping to us; we provide return shipping if we decline. Inspection takes 5–7 business days; accept or decline within 14 days; unclaimed items after 30 days are donated. See our Trade-In page for details.

Refinishing is available for clubs purchased through The Southpaw Shop, in collaboration with Sublevel Golf in St. John's, Newfoundland.

• Turnaround time averages 6 weeks from arrival at Sublevel Golf
• Pricing varies by finish and complexity
• Not all clubs are suitable (e.g., composite heads); eligibility confirmed at checkout
• Refinishing modifies appearance only; performance is unchanged
• Once refinishing begins, returns are not available

Refinished clubs are not covered under manufacturer warranties.

No manufacturer warranty: used clubs are sold as-is unless otherwise noted.

No performance warranty: we make no warranty as to performance, playability, or suitability for your swing.

Authenticity: all clubs are verified to the best of our ability. If you believe a club is counterfeit, contact us with evidence.

Shafts & components: inspected visually but not stress-tested; some wear may not be visible without use.

When you create a Locker Room account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You remain liable for all charges incurred under your account.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten staff or other users
• Manipulate pricing, inventory, or trade-in valuations through fraud
• Resell items in violation of local laws
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Violate applicable laws

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, software — is the property of The Southpaw Shop or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Product photographs are our property and may not be used commercially without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Southpaw Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product or service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Southpaw Shop from any claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your misuse of the Site or products purchased
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable law
