Every club we sell is backed by a 6-month structural warranty. If a head cracks, a shaft snaps, or a hosel fails through normal play, we'll replace or refund it.

What's covered

Structural failures: cracked clubheads, broken shafts, loose hosels, separated faces — anything caused by normal play.

What's not covered

Cosmetic wear (paint, scuffs, grip wear), damage from abuse or misuse, and clubs modified after purchase.

How to file a claim

Email admin@thesouthpawshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll respond within one business day with next steps.

Resolution

We'll repair, replace with comparable inventory, or refund — whichever you prefer and we can deliver fastest.
